i have a 1988 GTA for sale. hardtop, 5.7 engine, grey cloth interior, automatic, the odometer says 140K. but supposedly the engine and transmission was rebuilt by a machine shop about 30K ago. i have no proof of this. but it does have a new paint job and runs great. i originally bought the car to make it into a 90% track car, 10% street car. but i never did anything with it. i bought a th400 and a 3500 stall, a new intake, and had plans of buying a cam/heads, and all that but never did. the transmission that's in it is still the original 700r4. i'm keeping the th400 incase one day i get an old muscle car or something.

it does have slp mid length headers, flowmaster exhaust, bigger injectors, a B&M rachet shifter, a strut tower brace, subframe connectors, LCA relocation brackets, a fuel pressure regulator, and a new chip. all which was done by the previous owner.

and it has the 9 bolt rearend with 3.27 gears.

i've pretty much lost interest in putting my money into cars, so i'm really just looking to sell this and get it out of the driveway. i'm not sure how much to ask because i didn't pay for the car, i traded a 97 Z28 for this trans am, and a 93 ford ranger to use as a daily driver. the Z was worth around 5500 at the time, and i figure the ranger is worth around a grand. so i probably paid 4500 for the GTA. i'd be more than happy if i got 3500 for this car. i see similar ones going for as much as 6 grand. and this one is in great shape. no tears in the seats or anything like that. it's really a clean, nice car. the interior and body are in like new condition.
