1988 Firebird Pro/Am w/ LT1 $4900 or Trade
1988 Firebird Pro/Am
Only 500 made in 88.
5.7L roller IROC block rebuilt with LT1 intake.
Less than 500 miles on all engine components.
Has nice T-Tops and nice interior.
Car is a powerhouse. Has Hypertech chip, Comp Cams perf cam, LT1 intake, 1.52 RRs, dual exahaust, dayco serp. setup, no cats, a/c delete, smog delete, 3.08 posi rear with new brakes and hardware (less than 100 miles,) lots more.
Problem: the brand new 700R4 trans is now faulty because it cannot support the power the engine puts out. Car can still move and drive short distances, but not for daily use without work. I've invested more than $6000 (not incl purchase of the car,) and now i'm only asking $4900.
Clean interior, 100% straight body, T-Tops.
With the trans work and a shiny new paint job, this car will be the star of any show. I was building her with the intent to be a street/strip and show car.

I've actually been looking for a good fiero to trade for. Is it in good condition? What engine/trans?
I don't have easy access to a trailer, but if you want we can talk it over. I'm def intersted in trading or a partial trade depending on the condition of your fiero. Let me know.

I could not get the website to load, it seems the server was down. I would very much like to see pictures, as i am interested.
Two general questions, though, how much do you think your car is worth, and how feasible is it for you to make a trip? My car would have to be trailered.
I too, am reluctant to let my car go. But now i'm engaged and looking to build two people's dreams rather than mine alone. A fiero is just literally a smaller toy to have; one that i might actually be able to keep!
I was hoping for a 5 sp, but i might take the auto.

sry it took kind of long. I dont know how to get the pics up. The car is in great condition. I was selling it for 3000, but was thinking of going even lower because i really need to sell it.
