I am testing the waters right now...I have a nice 12 sec 1978 camaro. The car has ran a best 12.4 all motor, never saw any nitrous or any other power adder...all HP on a 355 sbc. starting with the body, it is 100% rust and bondo free...got majority of the body panels from a 78 z-28 from florida. Has new Caprice Blue Metallic paint on it got that last spring, less than a year old. Has a custom fiberglass lift-off hood. Basically stock suspension, adjustable air shocks in rear, traction bars. It has the stock 10 bolt with a posi and 4.10 gears. interior is in need of TLC...have 2 racing seats and 5 pt harness, new black carpet, black door panels, black headliner, the gauge cluster and dash need some work, gauge cluster has all mounting tabs broken off so it doesn't really sit right. Dash has some holes and cracks. has a B&M megashifter. Currently there is no transmission in the car...i have a th-350 and 3500 stall that i can give with the car but the tranny needs to be gone through i believe, there was a little slippage starting from 1-2 shift. fluid was good, not burnt and no metal shavings in it. I can also include a new never used RACE BUILT th-400 w/trans brake and 3800 stall for an additional fee. The trans cost $1800 to build last summer and never was used. Best 60' time was 1.69 with the th-350 and launching off the stall on slicks. I am looking to get $6500 for the car as it sits with the th-350 or $7500 with the th-400.
