I am helping a friend of mine sell his rare, 1966 Chrysler 300 Convertible restoration project. It is a 1 of 2500 production of all 300 model convertibles in 1966.

It comes to you in excellent, mostly ALL original, running, restorable condition.

He has currently owned it since 2004 where he purchased it from the last owner out of Ponoma, California. Prior to that, it has always been a California car since new. He also has the very original black California tags since the first owners which was last plated in 1995. It comes in the very RARE Turbine Bronze exterior color (same color as the famous Chrysler Turbine concept vehicle), with white vinyl interior, 100k miles, original 325 horsepower 383 V8, original 727 TorqueFlite 3 speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, bucket seats, rare console shifter with rear seat cigarette lighter, and all 4 original hubcaps.

When originally purchased it was a restoration in-progress by the last owner, but still a quality driver. Body is straight and undamaged, never been in an accident, and has all original glass. Paint does have some peeling so will need to be repainted at some point. Interior needs the most work. Floor boards will have to be replaced, but it comes with NEW replacements, one has already been done. Rear seat has been reupholstered but has to be installed. Rest of interior will need work, as well. Convertible top is torn and will have to be replaced, but mechanically works absolutely no problem. Engine runs and pulls excellent, but transmission does slip occassionally.
