Looking for the wiper relays on a 1997 WS6. Controls on the turn signal arm don't do anything, don't hear any attempts for the motor to work. Either the motors shot or I have a bad relay. Worst case scenario it's the arm itself which would be an even bigger pain in the *** to fix. Any tips would be great.
