Will a 1995 radio work in a 1997?
Is the radio harness the same for a 1995 camaro as it is for a 1997 camaro? Is the radio just plug and play, or do I need some custom wiring done for the swap?

It should. GM has been using the 1.5 DIN sized radio since '82. On top of that it wouldn't be economical for them to change the wiring harness every single year.
