Who needs an HO Alternator?

Here's a little heads up for you guys that want to upgrade your alternator. I contacted Nate at Excessive Amperage about getting one of his HO alternators. He's got a Group Purchase going on over at CarAudio.com Here's a link to the thread...

FYI: His 200 amp alt puts out 100 amps at idle and 200 amps when the engine hits 900 RPM. He's also got 250 and 300 amp alts to offer. I contacted After Thoughts Auto about their HO alt and it only puts out 50 amps at idle.

The regular price is $285 with FREE shipping for the month of December. The Group Purchase price is $260 shipped.

Yep I would jump in on that if anyone was looking. I got a few alts made from Nathan and they have been awesome. Put out very good power at idle. They are also underrated alittle. For that price you really can't say no if you are shopping for one.
