Whining Feedback noise

Whining Feedback noise

2002 Z28: When accelerating, I hear engine feedback in my stereo speakers. Any ideas? It goes higher in pitch as I go faster.

Could be a bad diode in the alternator, or more likely a ground loop problem in the stereo system.Frmula1 is right, put it in the audio section. Also give more details: Factory or aftermarket, amp(s)- number and type, etc...

check grounds, RCAs on stereos, and make sure your power wire isnt touching your RCA cable.
