Found a module behind the passenger side kick panel @ floorboard. It's labeled PCM. Is this a power control module, regulating speed,for the electric windows/locks? It is on my 1994 Z28. Found it doing a door swap. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

 

Its just for looks! hahaha joking, Maybe as you said its a regulator of some sort.

 

A picture would be nice, but in that area the only thing I know of is the Keyless Entry control module.

 

yea you got it right its for the locks, windows and radio,etc,etc.
