Whats the diffference b/t 1 chamber and 2 chambers?

Whats the difference between 1 chamber and 2 chambers in a sub box? Does one sound better? What are the reasons behind each for doing so?

It's mostly just a safety measure. That way if one blows you won't have the other in a box with twice the volume it needs, which can cause problems leading to early sub destruction.
