Volfenhag subs and Cali 640sx amp, any good?

Post Volfenhag subs and Cali 640sx amp, any good?

i want the two 12" red 1000 watt subs powered by the 640 sx. any experience with any of them? how will SQ be?

they pretty much suck. If you are just looking to put something in you car and don't care, then yeah you can get away with it. But if you are looking for SQ subs, that combo would not be the way to go. I'd save up and get something more decent.

Actually I have a 12 Volfenhag. I run a 600 watt bridged Kenwood to it in a sealed enclosure and I love it. I have it in a vert and I have no problem getting sound with the top down. I give it a big thumbs up. Check out the sig and you will see pictures of it

that is sweet. how do you have it wired (Ohms, etc), do you think it is loud enough? how about in a ported box? LOOKS GREAT

Thanks, I have it wired for the 4 ohm dual voice coil. It is in a enclosed box, and it more then covers what I need. At 80 mph on the freeway I can still feel, kinda hear the bass, and at cruising speeds or below 50 It is more then I need even with the top down. I have to turn the sub down or it is overpowering. I am not a stereo guru, but for what I do it is great, and I can definetly make the neibehors hate me
