Cool Upgrade from stock set-up and hand's free cell phone set-up ?

After searching the heck out of here, I want confirmation of my findings and advice on whether what I want to do will work.

For direct replacement of existing stock set-up and no more:

Alpine CDA 7894 head unit

CD Technologies HD63DT speakers for front and back.

Can I set up a hands free operation with this set-up (it's the law in NY) where I just set the phone in holder and it will answer muting system and I can talk into phone's microphone and listen to conversation using system speakers?

Any comments or critiques would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Jim
