I have a set of MB Quart tweeters flush mounted in rear view mirror trim pieces. They're a perfect fit.

Instead of cutting up my stock pieces, I got a spare set from a junkyard for $8 to cut up.

No, those are just the stock rearview mirror trim pieces with a hole cut in them to mount the tweeter flush. There was plenty of room behind the trim piece for the tweeter.

www.speedautomotive.com is where I got them...it's an online junk yard I guess.
I ordered them at the same time I ordered a new spare tire panel trim piece to cut up to move the changer over, but all 4th Gen. share the same rear view mirror trim pieces, so I'm sure one of our local yards would have some.

At $75 a pair, they are a STEAL!
