No components in the rear for sure. And the co-axils are debatable. Some like having some rear fill..... others are against it. I have tried both ways and have found I like rear fill IN OUR CARS, in other cars where the rear speakers are on a rear dash area, I hate it. Spend the $100 and get a set of co-axils for the rear.

I've seen this done.

Kickpanels with components
Midbass in the doors
Co-ax in the rear
the a sub.
The mids in the door brings the low end to the front of the car. Pretty cool. But everyone is different when it comes to sound.
