I'm a little pissed with them. I've emailed them twice in the last 2 weeks about a box for my camaro and they haven't got back to me at all. All I ever hear is good things about them. Especially their quality and how nice their camaro boxes are. I can't call them because I'm always working during their hours. I guess they don't want my money which is fine. I guess I'll build my own damn box.

Did you try posting a NICE Message to MegaBass on the board??? I'm sure he'll chime in shortly here anyway's, but maybe not with the response you would be hoping for

Subthump was great for me. I sent an email that didn't get answered right away, however... the very next day the box arrived at my house, so who can complain about that...

I know how it is to be swamped with emails. He's probably busy building boxes and doesn't get to his email all the time.

i picked up a used subthump box for 50 bucks..... so i really like their box. customer service was unneeded.lol. good luck, they seem to be a standup company im sure it will work out

 

im sure their build quality is great otherwise I wouldn't be trying to get ahold of them. that isn't the problem. I do concrete construction. its not easy work. when I have a lunch break, I use it to eat lunch.

I never said box construction was easy however i'm fully capable. If you do a search you can see a thread of where I made a box very similar to subthump's box. I would make this one too but my table saw is broken.

Not sure if I saw your e-mail or not. You can be mad if you want, but I woud rather have you be understanding of my current situation. My wife and I just had a baby a few weeks ago so I've been taking off a lot. My wife had complications giving birth and hasn't been able to do much around the house after her surgery. Which means I've had to take up the slack and rearrange some priorities while she heals. I don't think anyone would do differently. I will help if I can. If it's something we can do that is, let's do it.

 

assuming your being honest, thats a valid reason to not answer emails and I do apologize.
