I have a problem with their stealthbox and amprack. There's a problem with the box and the amprack has a broken section. I've been dealing with them via email a couple weeks ago, and now they are not responding to my emails. I tried calling and there is no answering machine....although the site says to leave a message? My stereo has been taken apart for over a month now and i want to get this resolved quickly. Can anyone help?

What's wrong with the enclosure and what exactly is broken on the amp rack?

 

is he on vacation or something cuz i'm not getting responses to my emails and this is getting very frustrating.

 

It's possible he's on vacation. Or any number of other possibilities. Steve has always been good about customer support so I'd try to be patient.

 

Can't say i've ever had a problem with subthump. What's broken?

 

he is going to put a new front on the box, and the amprack came a little damaged and we figured a way to work it out. I just want it resolved soon, and my system is all taken apart...just sitting there.
