stock cd-player broken

stock cd-player broken

i had a 95 stock cd-player..i think its Delco the brand..
i wanna know why is it the cd i put in won't came out???
i try to push the eject button, its still stay inside..
before it was working fine... but now the cd stays inside and i can't listen to my cd..
is there any way i could reset the cd-player???
or should i go to the dealer to fix it???

Sounds like a broken eject mechanism. You'll need to have it looked at. Have you tried dissconecting the stereo to reset it yet. Pull it out and unplug everything.

i'll try to reset the whole cd-player.
if i do that.. would i have to use the code???
coz when i bought the car from a small dealer..they didn't give me any code. Could i get it from like the Chevrolet Dealer for my cd-player code???

I don't think you'll have a problem. I've done it many times in my car. When you switch between cars is when you start to get problems. If you do run into a problem just post up, there's a link that explains how to fix it but I can't seem to find it.
