My 93 Formula came with a Delco cassette deck with the Delco stereo. I pulled it out and put in a Pioneer head unit with JL Audio 10's and an Alpine amp. For reasons i won't get into, i may need to pull it out but really do not want to go back to cassette.

So I was thinking of picking up a CD player out of a 94-97 F-body/Firebird and putting it into my car for replacement.

Will it work?

 

It will plug right in, I've done it.
