static when heater is running?

static when heater is running?

have any of ya'll ever had this problem? if my heater is on full blast the static is pretty bad and gets better the more i turn it towards off. this is an aftermarket cd player but is wired into the factory wires (pigtail) please tell me if youve ever had this problem and how to fix it.thanks guys

I've noticed it on my radio. It's not really bad, so I haven't done anything about it. You might have to put a noise filter on the heater power line. Listen to how much noise the power window motor will put in the radio.
