speaker static

ok im gettin kinda pissed off, i had boston acoustic speakers installed at tweeter a little bit ago. im runnin off deck power for now and the back right made static noises. i brought it back and they put a new one in for me. now i noticed my front left speaker is doing it too. the front speakers cost me 260 and the back cost me 160. the front speakers are 200 watt speakers and the back 160 watt speakers. any1 have any ideas why this would happen? bad ground maybe? theres no way this should happen these are really good speakers
