dude you ported your solo's, hope you listen to rap, what a waste of a great sub! other wise the install is ok, you got to many colors going on. need to get the trunk in vinyle that matches in color and texture. ditch the red chevy sign and get it to glow with some neon, looks like theres space in there for the neon. o yeah and i dont really care for al the red interior , but do admit it was done tastfully.

where do you put your t-tops, maybe put the subs in the corners?

Thanks for checking out my ride bro.

Waste? Hell no. Thats not your ordinary ported box. The box was designed and shipped from a shop(don't know the name) in Chicago that has gotten recognized for many of their installations at car shows. Many of their set ups have won sound system contests. I have heard several ported boxes that resemble mine but don't have the same effect. Not to brag but you need to hear it to believe it and it may not look like much but it is on competetion level. I've been itching to put in a sound system contest but there have been none here locally. The only one I entered, they ended up cancelling the damn thing. Well I do listen to rap and others sorts of music.

The chevy sigh "does" glow in red. U can't tell cuz these pictures are during the day. The neon is toned down so it only glows so much and doesn' t blind the hell out of me when I look in the rearview mirror.

I appreciate your opinion though. Honest. I am thinking of maybe redoing the trunk part. Not sure yet though but I taking it one step at a time.
Later.

I think it's a pretty nice install. Simple, yet well thought out. Did you fabricate it all yourself? I would have gone with colormatched vinyl personally, but that's all about personal preference. Pretty decent wheels too. And ofcourse I approve of the color , just a little anyway.

No I didn't fabricate it myself. A buddy of mine has a local customizing shop in town and had it done there. I had the install done before I painted the interior. Thats why I'm thinking of redoing it. I appreciate your compliments and opinions. Thanks.

I like fairly stealth installs. I think it looks good, but would take the advise of others and color match the rear.

One other thing. I would slap on a set of Macewan white or silver gaufe overlays. That stock cluster just doesn't look right. The Macewan gauges (which come with a Firebird bezel), really look good with the stock red pointers on the Camaros, and would really set the interior off.

Well I for one like the entire setup. There are a lot of "shoulda done it like this" or "I would of done it like that" But hey, its your hard earned money and I think you spent it tastefully! Looks good!!
