Siezed Motor/Bad electrics in seats?

Siezed Motor/Bad electrics in seats?

Just got my 94 formula 2 weeks ago it has the manual slide back/forth seats with power up/down but whenever I press the botton to go up or down on either front seat it just clicks no movement and well I need to raise my frackin seat!! any suggestions?

Check underneath, make sure there's nothing obviously in the way. If it clicks, chances are power is getting to them, but something cutting it out. Have you tried raising w/o you sitting in it?

I'm not positive, but there might be a thermal overload protection like our power windows that may need to be replaced.
