Ring connector for sub wires to the amp

Right now the speaker wire for the subs that connect to the amp have no connectors on them there screwed down by the copper strains. So would it be a good idea to put some type of connectors on them? Thanks

Clamp some prong connectors onto the wires. I don't know what they're called, but they resemble a Y like a fork.

What you need are gold plated crimp-on spade connectors.

Yup...I second that one the spade connectors. One's bigger and one's a little smaller than the other. At least that's how the one's on the last setup I installed was.

Yup! They will cost you about 3-4 bucks.
