Retained Accessory Power Module Fails Yearly

Part Number 12135089 F-module A068E. By now most of us have heard of the RAP modules for the 94, 95 Camaro. My issue is I'm having to replace this module almost yearly on my 95. The symptoms are easy recognized; the radio starts to go out intermittently along with the power windows and mirrors, then over the next month and finally it all dies. Sometimes faster in the course of a week. My car is basically stock, down to the radio, so I am wondering if there are any GM electrical techs out there that can shed some light as the cause and resolution. Is there a better module? Is there a work around? Maybe wrapping it in a heat or vibration retardent wrap. Wrap the RAP. Thanks.
