I just got a new remote start system and wanted to see if anyone knew of w walk through around.. its an audiovpx aps997.. with and alarm and remote start system..

 

how hard is it to install..??

 

Get a shop to install it. A friend of mine put in a Viper remote start/alarm, every other day he has to take something apart to fix it so the car'll even start up. Remote starts/alarms are just too big to risk.. not to mention shops usually give warranties.

 

QFT. Definitely have a professional do it. It's worth the money... at least it was for me. I had the Viper 791xv installed with the two way pagers. A few weeks after having it installed, a lady backed into my parked car while I was in a deli. It paged me and I went running out just in time to find her starting to drive away. Money well spent!

Also came with remote start!

Oh, and my warranty protects all of their work for a lifetime
