Quick Question: How do you replace the rear speakers?

Ok, How do i go about replacing the rear speakers in my 1995 Pontiac Trans Am. There is a little plastic cover, but when i pry it off you can only really get to a few of the holes needed to hold the speakers up... So do i have to remove the entire rear panel?

And if so how do i do this?

Thanks

not sure in the 95 but in the 98 you pop the alligator clip out of teh hanger at top and then unscrew the one screw holding it in down below where it meets the door trim..
