I just purchased for a very good price a Monsoon CD Player and the stock 12 disc changer from a person local to me - and an f-body enthusiast.

When he purchased his 99 Trans Am used an aftermarket sound system was already installed but came with the original equipment.

There must be a mix up because theres no controls that I can see on the CD Player to control the changer....what gives? The dates on the equipment state manufacturing in later 98.

I've read the archives and it appears that only the 00+ cd players can control the changers.....

weird...
