Putting Monsoon door panels on non-Monsoon door???

Putting Monsoon door panels on non-Monsoon door???
So the 97 Bird does not have the Monsoon system. Would it be possible to take Monsoon kick/map panels from a 98+ Firebird and place them in the stock position replacing the non-monsoon map pocket?
If it is possible, what would I need to put the new panels on the doors? Any clips or screws from the donor car?
And I'm pretty sure I would have to run an amp for the aftermarket tweeters.
