I have a 95 z28, had the bose sound system that came with the car and replaced the head unit a long time ago with a sony xplod, not really sure which one at the time. It worked fine for a while but now the radio goes in and out, kind of sounds like its losing the station, but it does it with all stations. I bought a new head unit, and new 6 3/4 speakers for the front and rear seats, but in the back there is one speaker that I am assuming is being used as a sub. Its the same size as the others and I want to replace it. Will this be the same type of speaker as all of the others I bought? I dont want to modify the car anymore than to replace the speakers and head unit. If it is the same size, anyone know where to get a single speaker? Should it be a different type of speaker or will any old 6 3/4 work? Thanks for the suggestions, I just want to get this damn thing done so I can listen to music in my car again lol.
