ok i got my 8inch sunvisor tvs and the av cords from pionner to hook my audio up to my cd player via the bus port(the square port in the back.) ANY WAYS I hooked it all up turn the xbox on and .......buzzin loud noise from all the speakers eveything. Check grounds there good. Pluged unpluged rcs. Still noise. turn the xbox off noise but not as loud. Plug the xbox into the wall and not the inverter. Fine No noise. HELP

 

Dirty noise from your alternator i guess. Or it could be your inverter. Was the car running when you tested it all out or not? If the car wasent running that i would say its your inverter. Otherwise it could either of them. If the inverter run straigh off your battery or thru a cig lighter port?

 

it does it with the car on and off it wired right to the fuse panel where u can make an extra acc fuse

 

Yeah i would run it straight to the battery and see if that helped. If that dosent work then buy a inline power cleaner. They sell them at radio shack to help with static on CBs and such. They are called noise filters. Some are in line and other go right after your alternator. Just my 2 cents anyway. And it could still be your inverter. Got another car to try it on? If so do it and see what happens.

 

i dont have another car to try it on witch suxs. Last time i had it hooked up i had hooked up the fm mod. this is the first time i hooked it up thew the rca's. ill go look for that filter hopefuly it works. If not i might just go back to the fm mod.
