mp3 on dvd?

I recently got a JVC cd/mp3 changer for my car and a dvd-rw drive. I was wandering that since DVD's have a ton more space than an 80 minute cd, could i burn mp3's onto a dvd and get them to play in my changer. this is a really dumb question, sorry.

DVDs don't have more room than a CD. DVD's use a shorter wavelength laser than CD's which allows them to store more information (pits) than CDs.

The other thing is that your JVC doesnt play DVD's. Just CD's, CDRW's and CDR's. Youd have to have a DVD changer.

Only if the player says that it is DVD AND MP3 compatible.
