Mounting Tweeters in Door Carpet

What is the easiest way to do this and what can be done to support it on the backside of the door? Thanks!

ive seen some come with a cylinder that gets pushed through the door panel and hase a big plastic nut that secures it from the back, i think some infinity's are like possibly even rockfords aswell

tweeters usually comes with a flush mount cup. Just drill the right hole and install

nope, the flush mount cup itself will be the support
