Question Monsoon Wiring

What if any different wiring is involved in converting a 97TA to a monsoon system or is it universally wired for both I want to keep a factory system

Honestly the Monsoon isn't worth the $$$ and effort it would take to install. You can keep your stock head unit and use adapters to add aftermarket amps and speakers and even a small sub if you'd like. This will yeild much better results than trying to install the Monsoon.

I already have the complete monsoon system and this is what I want to install I got everything for next to nothing which is why I am putting this in. I just need to know if all the wiring from a non monsoon system is the same, does the amp use the same plug and are the speaker wires just a direct plug up to the monsoon speakers. I need to know if I would need anything else to do this switch.

Monsoon uses a external amplifier and the deck to power the speakers. I doubt that all cars are wired for this system. Unless they use a bridge plug in the rear compartment where the amp is located. Check to see if there is a pluge back there in the spare tire compartment.
