Hey all!
I've been pissed off at the Delco (or Bose/Delco) CD Players I've had in the last 3 cars I've driven... I'm sure most of you know how they spit out CD-Rs like Monica spits out... nevermind, that was yesterday's news. BUT, I think that the CD Players like Memorex CD-Rs. They seem to read when most other CD-Rs won't, even if the other CD-R is new and the Memorex is fairly scratched up. I noticed this with two CDs that my friend burned me last summer, I finally got my own blank Memorexs and burned a bunch on Friday, then drove to St. Louis for the weekend to see family and catch a basketball tournament (SIU is gonna rule the MVC!), drove around town, and drove back. Between Memorex CDs and retail CDs I didn't have a CD spit out once, even with 3 hours of non-stop playing
The catch, which I found out a few weeks ago: You have to buy the memorex CDs that specifically say they are for audio use. I tried using one of the ones that said "For Data Only" and yeah, they weren't lying. If you're having problems with your factory head unit spitting CDRs, I'd say give the Memorex a try!

I've had the best luck with Verbatim and Memorex as well. PNY has given me some trouble in the past, so I no longer use them (still have some left over that I'll use for coasters I guess, hehe).
