loud ground noise.

well, a few months ago, I removed the O.E.M. bose HU. and run a new wiring to bypass the amps. and unplugged the power supply to the fifth speaker/amps in the rear. now that I put it all back together, I get this loud "ground" noise from the fifth speaker.

Does anyone have had this problem before, what should I look for? maybe check the wiring?

OK, help and comments are always appreciated. Thank you.

why don't you just remove the 5th speaker. If its not there you will have no noise.

I forgot to mention that it only happens when the engine is running...
