got this from summit and put it on yesterday and today. Donnelly mirror with auto dim, compass, temp, and map lights. pretty cool imo.

Looks good. How was the wiring, have to modify anything? Where'd you mount the temp sensor? Got a part #?

 

i paid 198 due to pricematching. temp sensor if under the front bumper wiring was simple. only thing is i have to figure out how to wire the maplights so they come on when you open the doord. 36500 is the pt #

 

New post to an old thread. I just installed this today. Got it at Amazon for $175 and change, shipped.

You can mod this so the lights come on when you open the door. But this is not featured with the supplied harness. So I ended up making my own.

Connector pinout:

1 - Hot in Run & RAP +12V (typically yellow if using the radio circuit)
2 - Ground
3 - Not used
4 - Temp Sensor
5 - Temp Sensor
6 - Dome light switch input
7 - Constant +12V (typically Orange if using the radio circuit)

I'm assuming all the F-Bodys T-Tops all have mirrors with map lights like mine does.

Run the Pin 6 wire to the white wire in the existing harness that runs up the A-pillar. This wire turns on the lights with keyless entry, when the door is open, and when the headlight dimmer switch is On.

All the other wires are self-explanatory.
