Looking for a changer and info for a '01 Corvette...

Maybe you guys can give me a hand...

My mom wants to get my dad a Changer for his '01 C5. I believe its a factory bose system I have my mom confirming for me.

I jsut want to know what you guys might suggest, any universal style changers work with his facotry headunit? Or will he have to move on to aftermarket stuff?

I beleive the C5s used changers manufactured by Pioneer. They should all be prewired for it as well. Does the headunit have changer controls? Ebay has a few on there, prob can be had for under 200.

IS there anyway to tell?

I believe it looks just like my monsoon head unit... Which this looks like.
