LCD mounting, Help, hellish as I see it!

So what stand are you using or what hardware are you guys using to mount your LCD? I have an Alpine Universal LCD and I'm getting totally pissed off because I can't find mounting hardware. If it helps any...I have the Alpine 580. I've tried and failed with Crutchfield, SoundDomain, Good Guys, Curcuit City, Laser Land, AutoSound, Target, Sears, Home Depot and the list goes on.... can't find anything and all I find of course is headrest & visor setups and that's not what I want. I'm looking for a pole style post that mounts with a swivel head. What I want is like a dentist work station tray style arm... make any sense? Well, help me out here, so what the heck are you guys using?
Wanna know how many times I hear....."dude, why don't you just get the $1,500 touch screen LCD Duuude"! uhh no..

Thanks!

Ok, anyone? I know there has to be atleast one person with an LCD using a swivel arm mount or someone that knows someone using this style mount. Where are you? Even if you have a buddy with a GMC or SUV or an import that's using a lcd universal mount..ask them where they got it and help a fellow Z buddy out. I'm almost on the verge of flagging down SUV's when I go downtown this weekend and walk around the dance club parking lots when the club lets out at 2AM.

Anyhow..still looking & needing some info.

ok, nevermind...everyone probably looking at this post think a tv is overkill in an f-body. Well I want to watch dvd's while I wait in my car darnit!
Anyhow, I just used the case that my Apline lcd came in and used Velcro to secure it to the inside of the GloveBox. I had to lay down triple strips of velcro to raise the monitor up and tilt it. I used velcro on top corner of case and secured it to the back of GloveBox. That thing aint going nowhere. Looks pretty darn good and the cord is hidden. I was a lil iffy at first but worked out good. Right now I'm watching a Street Fights Caught On Tape DVD... Wanna see some pics of my install just let me know!!

I personally flush-mount everything with fiberglass.... that's how everyone here that I know of has their LCDs mounted... You can get a flex arm from summitracing.com...

Interesting..didn't know Sumitt had that kinda stuff. Well I was able to find a manufacturer, Power Acoustics. I left a message for a techie so I hope to get a mount that I saw on their website. It looks exactly of what I'm looking for.
Hey, thanks for steering me in the right direction.

Ok, so here we go....called around and found www.pacparts.com. They have replacement parts for a few vendors in audio and video for vehicles. I was able to find a bracket and stand for my lcd! I thought I'd share the resources....
