i have an xtant 3300x that seems to have its startup muting permanently on. the power line from the headunit is sending a little over 10v which shouldnt be a problem, because 7v is supposed to be enough. i jumped it from the main power source too just to make sure. is there anything else that could cause no sound to come out of the amp?

the headunit and speakers work together when i wire them up direct so it's definately the amp. any ideas?

 

It could be any number of things. I'd recommend sending it to Xtant and having them repair it.
