I need an amp

I need an amp
I am replacing my deck and going with a separate deck and head unit. So I need a 4 channel amp at the moment. This is what matters to me:
Not too expensive. I don't want generic stuff, but brand name doesn't matter either. Just something that will last and sound good.
Not too large. I'm driving 6x9"s and 6.5"s so I don't need more than 200W per channel at the very most. I don't want it to be too large either since its going to be hidden.
A fair amount of control. Its going straight from a DVD player so I don't want to be limited by the amp. Hi and Lo pass controls would be nice. I don't need any fancy lights or anything either.
So can anyone help me out?

Re: I need an amp
I meant deck and amp. I don't know why I said that at all. I'm replacing my Kenwood headunit that has a cheap built in amp with a 4 channel amp and a DVD player headunit that does not have an amp built in. So I'm looking for a good amp to power aftermarket 6x9"s and 6.5"s. I want about 200W per channel at most.
