my amp for my Monsoon system. I read in the faq section that it was near the rear right wheel well. Can anyone tell me where exactly?

I found out that my Z28(99) was stolen before it was sent to the dealer I bought it from, so I'm wondering if I even have one right now.

 

It's located above the rear wheel well mounted to a plastic plate. The amp is on the fender side of the plate.
