Just got finished installing my Pioneer 9400mp HU and four Polk Audio GXR6 speakers. Wow it sounds great. The install took all day yesterday and a couple hours today. Was taking my time to make sure everything was right, and my dad helped a little.

I got about half way through and realized that I wanted to take pictures and write a detailed step by step of what I was doing, but it was too late then. I'll get the pics of the final setup in a little.

I must say, putting door panels back on are not something I'm gonna hope I never have to do again.

Subwoofers are coming soon. The Cerwin Vega IT-10.0 subs I want are backordered until the 1st. Then I just need to buy/make a box for them. All the wiring is already done, basically just need the amp, box, and subs.

 

Yes, I too really hate these door panels. Its nice, cause they dont have the damn 'christmas tree pins' that wear out, or that arent good the first time theyre taken out, but its such a pain.

Nice choice on the 9400. I had the 9300, it was a great deck.
