They are usually reliable in my experience, but you might have to hassle them about your order; make sure it's in stock first because they seem to have long back order waits. Definitely worth the hassle as they have some nice prices.

I bought a PPI PC6600 amp from them. Great deal at the time, I would buy from them again if they have a good price on what I want. I just ordered a Pioneer Premier 750MP, Focal 165K2, ID12v.2 Sub and Lightning Audio Cap from the places below. Everything has been shipped within a couple days from each place, but I haven't gotten any of it yet so I can't really say much.

cbrstereo.com
wooferetc.com
infinitecaraudio.com

I don't have a good impression at first. Sent them an email about buying about $1000 worth of stuff two days ago and hadn't heard anything...starting to look bad for them and they have such good prices too. Hate to shop around somewhere else b/c they can't return a simple email

Check out those places I mentioned... I think most of the prices on those other sites I mentioned are actually better. What is it that you are shopping for? Dave at cbrstereo.com answered my e-mails quickly and I actually played "lets make a deal" and he sold me the stuff for his e-bay prices w/o shipping cost. Though I had no problem with carmedia1.com.

looked at them, but they are not carrying the new Phoenix Gold amps...Octane-R's. They have the Focal speakers, Image Dynamics subs, and monitors. Prolly gonna email and see if they can get it

check www.nexxon.com and ask Dave to match the price from carmedia1, he has just about everything and is usually good about matching prices. Plus he stands behind his merchandise and honors the manufacturer warranty. His site isnt the most professional looking either.
