Question How many of you removed the rear speaker after sub install?

I was thinking of removing the rear factory speaker in the hatch of my 94 when ever I get 4 new upgraded speakers. I have subs but I havent hooked up my amp yet. I was gona remove that rear speaker and locate the amp in there.

I was jsut wonderign how many of you removed that speaker when upgradign the sound system?

The only speakers i have are the fronts and the sub..... Leave out ALL the speakers but the fronts, it will help with the imaging. Don't waste your money, don't get 4 new speakers. Get two and an amp for them, trust me it will sound better.

But.....if your going to do that make sure you put some high quality component speakers in the front in kick panels like: Crystal Mobile Sound, MB Quart, Focal.....most of the higher quality component speakers are competition speakers and can handle WAY more power than they list so don't be afraid to push a few more watts to them, and make sure it's a nice clean amp with low THD.
