How to keep down exhaust/rattle noise inside the car???

I need to make my exhaust resonance keep down little bit (I have ****master 80, and electric cut-out-closed 90% of the time). I need something to keep down the exhaust noise/ and all those annoying rattles inside the car. I was thinking about Dynamat, but it is too heavy and too expensive for me. Another option is DYNASHIELD spray (dynamat in the can). IS there a simpler way than removing all carpeting and spraying the whole floor with that spray?? Can I just spray it under the car (and use some undercoating on it??)…Thanks guys..

This should be a great read for ya. Dynamat is way overpriced. And you can get the spray-on undercoating from any autoparts store for like $5/can. Works decent.
