i'm running two amps and i need to figure out what size fuses to run for them.

ppi 2150 for 3 jl 10w6's and ppi 4100 .2 for my highs. i don't have instructions with them and there are no visible fuses on the casing.

any idea how to tell what the proper fuse amount i should use is? i tried running a 30 amp for the 2150 just since i had it laying around and it didn't last long.

please help.

 

Are you sure there are no fuses? 99% of the amps have fuses of some sort on them, if not... check PPI's website for the manual, and it should tell you the fuse size there.

 

well just as an example my older premier amps had blade fuses that were easily accessed on the outside of the amp near the gains. there aren't any on the ppi amps i have.
