help me pick the right sub,and wiring issue's

hi,
i am getting things together to install my radio,i have 6.5" polk momo components, and 6.5"s components,i was going to use the infinity's up front, and the polk in the back, only because the polk's wont fit up front, unless someone knows a way they will???also, would you guys mix a system like this?im not to worried about being clear, clear,i want a loud system, both in music, and bass, and then i want clearty,i wouldnt think i would be able to tell the difference, but is do you think this is going to sound alright?these will be run off rockford fosgate 200.4 amp,and i also have a phoenix gold 600 ti that i am going to run some subs off, could someone reccommend me some subs,i hear alot about type r's,but here is what i want,i want loud boomy bass.i want to be able to turn up my radio, without disturtion, and make the car's windows accross the street shake, ,im not to sure on how to wire audiobahn subs, because of there weird ohm's thing,i had a set of jl's before, and i liked them, but there price sucks, and of course rockford fosgate makes a decent sub from what i hear, but ive never heard them before, by the way,
the pg amp i have is 600x1 @ 4ohms,or 300x2 @ 4ohms,and i would prefer 12's,thanks

p.s. if anyone rec. audiobahn, how to you wire them dang things,
im not to sure on what ohms do,or what they are, just know most system's run off 4 ohms, would you wire them just like a regular dvc sub,or what,by the way im wanting 2 12's,should i get dvc,or single voice coil, and how would you guys wire them for the most power, thanks again.and sorry for the long post.
phil
