Help Locating Power

I have searched the audio section for the last hour and think I have confused myself more than when I started. I have a 95Z and am going to install a new HU, amp and component set.. My car has the factory BOSE system but I am just bypassing all of that. My question is locating the best spot for tapping into the constant power, switched for the amp turn-on and ground. I also have a power antenna and need to know if that should just be attached to the switched power or some other way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am not sure I understand the question, but I'll try to answer New HU will have an output to turn on your amp and operate power antenna. Ground of the amp - closest chassis bolt. Amp power - you want to run a separate FUSED wire from your battery through a firewall and to your amp.
For connecting HU - search for pinout diagrams on internet.
