need help with hazard blinkers

I could use some help locating the hazard blinker relay. I know its behind the panel under the steering wheel, but for the life of me, I can't find it! What does it look like (anything like the turn signal relay)? What color wires are connected to it? Thanks

its under the steering wheel behing the knee bolster panel. It is a silver cyliner with 3 wires going to it. It is the one to the right and not the one to the left. turn your blinkers on to help locate it. The plugs that are attached to it are a b**** to get off, so have some patience.

Actually the hazards don't work, otherwise I would have followed the sound... But as it turns out, the relay was fine...any idea of what might be causing the hazards to not work? I would guess a fuse, but according to the manual, both the hazards and brake lights are on the same fuse, and the brake lights work fine....

Mines is the exact opposite. My Hazards work fine, But neither of my turn signals work. I have replaced the relay yet but i have replaced all of the bulbs.
