HELP! HU noise

I recently installed a new Alpine HU and now I have static from the speakers. It gets worse when I use the power windows. I was wondering If I should reground the HU to something better than the wirirng harness ground. If so where is a good place?

also, if you have a sub in the back with an amp, run the power wire on one side of the car and the other wires to the other.
